Bray did/does have an infection in the internal CI of his right ear. Friday morning the swelling and redness was gone, but he had 4 glands in his neck that were swollen. Doc said this is a good indication the infection is moving out. He put Bray on amox. 3x a day for 7 days. Told us to keep an eye on it and if anything changes to call. He will call to check on us after Thanksgiving. Bray has been acting fine. He's been scratching at the site every now and then. We're just keeping a close eye on him.
AVT evaluation went good. As good as it could go with Bray's lack of attention. That was the first thing the therapist noticed. We've agreed on Bray getting AVT 1x a week. We've got to go through insurance approval first. It may be Jan. before they can get us in b/c of insurance. They will try to see us at least 2 times before then, hopefully. If our schedules can work out he will be seeing Stephanie. She used to work at the Clarke Oral school and is their strongest AVT.
